The building was built in the 1970s and recently went through a complete renovation of the bachelor, one and two bedroom apartments. Retrofitting was completed to ensure the comfort of the residents and to save costs on equipment and utilities.

During the successful HVAC retrofit project, the apartments have been equipped with Panasonic ductless mini-split heat pumps, providing an energy-efficient heating and cooling system that was easy to install and use, and would allow for independent temperature control in each apartment as well as savings on future energy bills.
