Job Overview
We’re seeking a Sales Key Manager to oversee and grow strategic client relationships, drive revenue, and contribute to our mission of excellence in the HVAC industry. This role is perfect for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and accounts, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Market Analysis: Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand our customer base.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights to senior management.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on HVAC products, including heat pumps, furnaces, and accessories, to effectively communicate their value to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC or related industry.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
